Custom Orders, Deposits & Refunds

All our products are custom-made to your confirmed order. A US$50 deposit is credited toward your total order price. If you cancel your confirmed custom order or change your mind for personal reasons, the US$50 deposit is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This condition must be disclosed before payment and does not retroactively apply to orders where it was not agreed.

Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed products, and orders we cannot fulfill, remain eligible for appropriate remedies. We cover necessary return costs for confirmed defects or our fulfillment errors. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Payments beyond the US$50 deposit are not automatically forfeited.
